Breath centric practices with specific breathing techniques to calm the Autonomic Nervous System are integrated with therapeutic adaptations to classical yoga poses. Breath centric/moving poses can help us correct dysfunctional movement patterns and innervate chronically tense muscles. Integrated with holding of poses to strengthen and stretch more deeply we can effect change and bring balance. Some restorative poses are introduced. Adaptations for individuals are always offered.
